The majority of our products are crafted by skilled artisans in Vietnam. However, some of our designs and creations are inspired and made by our team in Australia. 
Regardless of where it is made, every product at Handmade Shop is made with care and attention to detail. Each piece is crafted by hand with love and dedication. We take pride in offering our customers high-quality, handmade products that are both beautiful and functional.

Can I order a personalised gift/ product?

At the moment, we can include a personalized message with your chosen item upon request. However, for small orders, we may not have the capability to customize the item to your specific preferences. If you have a large order or special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

I am not living in Australia, can you post to me?

At the moment, we are able to ship to the US, and we are planning to expand our shipping services to other countries soon.
